Our fresh produce is packaged using the best methods available. Whether we're delivering live seafood, chilled meat, or fresh fruits and vegetables, we guarantee that they will arrive in the best possible condition. If you're not happy, let us know.
When ordering online, do you keep any information about me?
When checking out online, you will be asked for billing and delivery details. If you check "Create a customer account", we will save your details
in our database. However, these informations will remain confidential as we don't share these informations with any other company. Also, you will still be able to modify your details at any time.
I have an account but I forgot my password
Use our form here and enter your cutomer ID. An email will be sent to you containing your password. If you
don't know your customer ID, please drop us an email containing the name on the billing address.
I have an account but I don't want to be in your database anymore
If you wish to be removed from our database, please send us an email with your customer ID.

If you've ordered from outside the Bangkok metropolitan area, TEI will make your delivery. You can track your order by heading to TEI and entering your order's identification number, given to you by Food Glorious Food upon receipt of your initial order.
